Role Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic National Sales Head to lead our enterprise sales function across India. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in B2B & Enterprise Sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering consistent revenue growth. This role demands a leader who can strategize, drive, and execute high-value deals, build strong client relationships, and manage a high-performing national sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the national enterprise sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and build scalable sales models.
Drive revenue growth, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
- Enterprise Client Acquisition & Management
Lead strategic enterprise account acquisition across industries.
Build and nurture relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.
Ensure deep engagement with clients to identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
- Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a national sales team across regions.
Set clear KPIs and monitor performance to ensure delivery excellence.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth deal closures and service delivery.
Provide market insights to influence product enhancements and new offerings.
- Sales Operations & Reporting
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and budgeting.
Track key performance metrics and present regular reports to management.
Ensure compliance with all commercial and contractual obligations.
Key Requirements
Education: MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (Preferred).
Experience
Minimum 15+ years in B2B / Enterprise Sales, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role managing pan-India sales.
Proven track record in launching new product with robust GTM
Successfully built a category from scratch
Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
Strong network and relationships with decision-makers across industries.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in managing large, geographically distributed teams.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
