Social Media Manager

Miss Momo is a fast-growing women's fashion brand that offers both rental and purchase options. We focus on inclusivity, powerful storytelling, and premium yet accessible fashion.
We are looking for a high-performance Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital presence and work directly with the founder.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for end-to-end management of Miss Momo's digital brand, including:
- Social media strategy
- Content planning
- Posting & scheduling
- Influencer partnerships
- PR coordination
- Community engagement
- Styling collaborations with celebrities & stylists
- Reels + static creatives coordination
- Trend research
- Lead generation (stylists + influencers + creators)
- Basic analytics & reporting
We want someone who treats Miss Momo like their own brand, not someone who needs handholding.
You will NOT be just "posting content."
You will be building the brand voice and visibility across India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Content Strategy & Calendar
- Create weekly & monthly content calendars for Miss Momo.
- Ideate fresh, trend-aware concepts aligned with our brand image.
- Work with the cinematographer/editor to plan shoots & deliver content on time.
- Track performance of posts & adjust strategy accordingly.
2. Social Media Management
- Daily posting on Instagram (feed, reels, stories).
- Manage responses, comments, and DMs.
- Execute story planning for launches, behind-the-scenes, styling, campaigns.
- Track insights & competitor trends.
3. Influencer & Celebrity Collaborations
- Identify and pitch to influencers in fashion, lifestyle, bridal, and plus-size niches.
- Manage barter + paid collaborations end-to-end.
- Coordinate with stylists from Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad for celebrity styling.
- Maintain a strong database of stylists, publicists, PR teams, and creators.
4. Brand Growth Initiatives
- Plan and execute styling sessions for offline content.
- Arrange live sessions, interviews, collaborations, and cross-promotions.
- Support the ads team with creatives and high-performing reel concepts.
5. Launch Management
- Strategize content for product drops, rental category launches, themed edits (bridal, festive, brunch, glam, etc.).
- Ensure seamless content flow on launch weeks.
6. Founder-Facing Role
- Work closely with the founder on personal brand content when required.
- Take ownership of execution — founder only needs to approve, not micromanage.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Weekly performance reports (growth, reach, top reels, insights).
- Monthly growth strategy plan.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
You are a strong fit if you:
- Have 2–4 years of SMM experience, ideally in fashion or beauty.
- Can handle end-to-end social media without handholding.
- Understand luxury/fashion aesthetics & current trends.
- Can think creatively and execute quickly.
- Are proactive, reliable, organized, and excellent with communication.
- Can handle high-pressure weeks like launches.
- Are comfortable working closely with a public-facing founder.
Bonus:
- Experience with influencer collaborations.
- Existing stylist/influencer network.
- Ability to write captions in a clean, modern brand tone.
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth.
