About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with strong Python programming expertise to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing machine learning models, data processing

pipelines, and AI algorithms that drive impactful results.

Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for various business use cases.

Implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment.

Work extensively with Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).

Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Conduct model evaluation, validation, and performance tuning.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning research.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML development.

Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP or computer vision techniques.

Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with MLOps tools and practices.

Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).

Knowledge of statistical modeling and advanced mathematics.
