Key responsibilities

  • Complete Responsibility of Sales and After Sales Services.
  • Lead and manage sales team:
  • Hire, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies:
  • Create and execute plans to drive sales, increase revenue, and meet business objectives.
  • Customer relationship management:
  • Build strong relationships with customers, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and merchandising:
  • Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure the store's visual displays are attractive and organized.

Sales performance analysis:

  • Monitor sales activities, analyze data, and prepare reports and forecasts for management.
  • Promotional activities:
  • Coordinate with marketing to plan and execute promotions and campaigns.
  • Compliance and operations:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and manage daily store operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
