Proven expertise in HR, Finance, or Clinical/Healthcare operations.

Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, BI tools).

Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analytics, and presentations.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience working in global, matrix organizations preferred.
