We are seeking experienced and passionate Communicative English Trainers to join our team at DICE EDUCATION. As a leading provider of English language training programs, we empower students to achieve fluency and confidence in communication. *Key Responsibilities:*

  • Design and deliver high-quality Communicative English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels

  • Develop engaging lesson plans, activities, and assessments to promote interactive learning

  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and language development

  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track performance

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

*Requirements:*

  • Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in teaching Communicative English to students of diverse backgrounds

  • Strong knowledge of language acquisition methodologies and curriculum design

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs

  • Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification

  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment design

  • Familiarity with educational software and online learning platforms
