Sr.Technical Lead.
This position should have hands-on experience with technology platforms, software architecture, and product delivery, and possess the ability to drive innovation as well as communicate the technology vision to the leadership team.

Compensation as per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company's technological vision and strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Need work closely to product/platform development, and technical team, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals and growth vision.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Experience in developing and managing Micro services applications on cloud platforms like Azure.
  • Good understanding of cloud application development technologies like NodeJS, ReactJS etc.
  • Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to identify market needs and translate them into technical solutions that drive business value.
  • Convert technical capabilities into products and services that generate revenue and expand market presence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative solutions to solve business problems and enhance customer experience.
  • Work directly with the CEO and other co-founders to ensure alignment between business and technology objectives.
  • Drive the creation of technology solutions that are customer-first, ensuring that the products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead efforts to gather and incorporate customer feedback into the product development cycle.
  • Implement and optimize development processes, ensuring agility, speed, and quality in delivery.
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources and continuous improvement of workflows.
  • Actively contributes to shaping business strategy by identifying new opportunities to leverage technology for business growth and market differentiation.
  • Be a key partner in the development and execution of business strategies that align with technology capabilities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact business operations or customer satisfaction.

  • Strong Academic Background
    — preferably from
    B.Tech CSE or IT
    , or an equivalent top- tier institution.
  • Embodies a
    Startup Mindset
    — demonstrates hustle, ownership, a high bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5 years to 10 years of
    solid tech experience (bonus points if you've worked at places like
    Salesforce, Microsoft, Google, Facebook
    — or built something of your own).
