Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


• Proficiency in SOLID Principles, Coding Standards, Design Principles and Design Patterns.


• Deep proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.


• Advanced experience in developing Web APIs/REST APIs using modern .NET frameworks.


• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Entity Framework for data access.


• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, and ReactJS.


• Strong understanding of SQL Server, including database design, optimization, indexing, and query performance tuning.


• Experience working with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers for asynchronous processing.


• Ability to write unit tests and integrate testing frameworks into the development lifecycle.


• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab or similar tools.


• Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, and SignalR is a plus.


• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor junior developers.


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Are very strong in both design and implementation at an enterprise level

• Proven experience in a technical leadership or senior development role.


• Hands-on experience delivering scalable, high-performance applications in enterprise environments.


• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
