Role Overview:

As a
Business Affairs Executive
, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Nynii's core operations and business expansion initiatives. You'll coordinate between departments, manage key processes, and ensure smooth execution of daily business activities. This role blends operational efficiency, communication excellence, and strategic business support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist leadership in planning and executing business strategies.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate between internal departments — marketing, sales, and operations — for seamless execution.
  • Support the executive team in project tracking, data compilation, and reporting.
  • Oversee operational workflows, ensuring timely completion of key business tasks.
  • Prepare business briefs, presentations, and follow-ups for meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of critical business information.
  • Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
