Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Lead. The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading and training the sales team, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, closing sales, and training new sales staff.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to mentor and provide Training to sales team members
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the virtual office or coworking space industry is a plus
