Context Seeking an individual who has expertise in SCCM, Intune, PowerShell and

application packaging.

Job Description

The responsibilities of the role:

Operating System Deployment (OSD):

Design and execute OS deployments using SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.

Develop and maintain task sequences, driver packages, and application bundles.

Optimize deployment processes for global scale with minimal downtime.

Windows Autopilot:

Configure and manage Autopilot profiles for zero-touch provisioning.

Implement user-driven, self-deploying, and pre-provisioned scenarios.

Integrate Autopilot with Azure AD and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Windows Autopatch:

Administer Autopatch rings and deployment groups for automated updates.

Monitor compliance and troubleshoot update failures using Intune reporting.

Align patching strategy with security baselines and organizational SLAs.

Modern Endpoint Management:

Transition from traditional imaging to cloud-native provisioning.

Manage device lifecycle (deployment, reset, repurpose, retire) using Intune and Autopilot.

Implement Windows Update for Business policies and safeguard holds.

Automation & Optimization:

Develop scripts and automation for deployment and patching workflows.

Utilize Delivery Optimization for efficient content distribution.

Develop, implement, and manage scripts in PowerShell for automation,

reporting, and process efficiency.

Troubleshoot issues related to MS Intune package deployments.

Should have deep knowledge in Inventory Management, Software

distribution, Patch Management using SCCM

Strong in troubleshooting Windows server/client and Network issues

Should be able to create custom scripts for gathering the inventory from

endpoints and servers

Test and release applications and Patches using SCCM

Should have the knowledge of SCCM Client management Suite

Should be able to resolve the tasks escalated by L1 and L2 teams.

Develop image deployment solutions for different flavors of Windows

Operating Systems.

Ability to create Advertisement/Collections/Packages within an SCCM

environment.

Create Technical documentation (e.g. Administrator's Manuals, User

guide)

Provide desktop management support for custom in-house and KPMG

standard applications where time and quality are of the essence.



Candidate key skills and experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in deploying Windows and SCCM

Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Task Sequences, Intune, PowerShell

Basic knowledge of MSI technology

Experience in Installation, Managing SCCM Deployment, Server Infrastructure

Should have sound knowledge on Active Directory, Networking protocols and

Subnetting

Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for

obtaining solution

Strong interpersonal skills and personality with high customer service

orientation.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and SCCM/MECM.

Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and Windows Autopatch.

Knowledge of Azure AD, RBAC, and device compliance policies.

Familiarity with Windows Update for Business, driver/firmware management, and reporting tools.

Ability to troubleshoot deployment and update issues using logs and diagnostics.
