Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales or leads.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide relevant information.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer engagement.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
