Job Description:
As a Tele Caller at Gambitz Designs, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, responsible for generating leads and maintaining client relationships through effective communication over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote Gambitz Designs' services, identify potential clients, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Gambitz Designs' services and generate interest.
- Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide information about our interior design, construction, and renovation services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Effectively communicate Gambitz Designs' value proposition to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely and efficient communication.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar role, preferably in the interior design, construction, or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school, diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
