We are seeking a top-tier Project Manager / Business Analyst (Agile Hybrid) to help lead initiatives from concept through delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and delivery using Agile and hybrid project methodologies
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
  • Elicit and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment on scope and priorities
  • Track risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring they are surfaced and resolved quickly
  • Manage client communications, status reporting, and stakeholder expectations
  • Support backlog grooming and prioritization in collaboration with product owners
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement across project delivery practicesneeds

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar hybrid role
  • Proven experience leading Agile projects and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, including use of project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SDLC, QA, and deployment practices in small-to-medium IT organizations
  • Experience working with offshore or distributed teams is highly desirable
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or Agile/PM certifications are a plus
  • Exceptional English fluency — both written and spoken — is critical for this role

Work Hours:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Monday–Friday, mid-shift India hours (approx. 2PM – 10PM IST / 4:30AM – 12:30PM EST)
  • Occasional weekend or off-hours availability may be required for releases or production support, coordinated with U.S. on-call coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90, ₹140,000.00 per month

  • Comfortable working either mid-shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST) or late-shift hours (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST)
  • Not comfortable working either mid-shift of late-shift hours

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • IT project management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Business analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Scrum: 3 years (Preferred)
  • PMP: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Agile: 2 years (Preferred)
