Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect with a strong background in Enterprise Architecture (Applications & Data focus). The role involves defining and driving the architecture vision, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and designing scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide applications and data architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
  • Translate business requirements into robust, future-ready architectural solutions.
  • Design application landscapes, integration patterns, data models, and governance practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend adoption strategies for emerging technologies (APIs, microservices, data lakes, AI, data mesh).
  • Establish governance processes for architecture compliance and exception management.
  • Mentor solution architects, data architects, and development teams in best practices.
  • Oversee proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate design approaches.

Technical Skills & Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with strong focus on applications and data domains.
  • Expertise in application integration (ESB, APIs), data modeling (Relational, NoSQL), and data management platforms/tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT solutions in Agile & DevOps environments.
  • Experience with automation tools, workflow management, and data governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent preferred.
