A) Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Strategic Financial Management:
a) Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
b) Formulate long-term financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
2) Accounts & Audit:
a) Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including finalization of accounts, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
b) Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure timely and smooth audits.
3) Taxation & Compliance:
a) Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Company Law, and other statutory returns.
b) Handle assessments, appeals, and correspondence with tax authorities.
4) Import & Export:
a) Monitor all aspects of import/export transactions, including customs clearance, documentation (Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill), and foreign exchange management.
b) Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and banks for LC, remittances, and other forex requirements.
5) Sales & Purchase Accounting:
a) Oversee invoicing, customer receivables, supplier payments, and reconciliation.
b) Supervise sales and purchase entries, pricing, vendor payments, credit limits, and collections.
6) E-Way Bill & GST Compliance:
a) Ensure accurate and timely generation of E-Way Bills for all dispatches.
b) GST input reconciliation, monthly returns, and annual filings.
7) Budgeting and MIS:
a) Prepare annual budgets, variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and cash flow projections.
b) Develop MIS reports for management decision-making (sales, costs, profitability).
8) Banking & Fund Management:
a) Manage banking relationships, working capital requirements, cash flow, and fund utilization.
b) Negotiate bank facilities, overdrafts, BGs, and LCs.
9) ERP and Systems:
a) Ensure implementation and optimization of accounting modules in ERP Systems (like Tally Prime, SAP, etc.).
b) Drive automation and digitization initiatives in the finance department.
10) Leadership & Team Management :
a) Lead, mentor, and guide the accounts & finance team.
b) Ensure skill development and performance monitoring of team members.
B) Skills Required :
1) Strong Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and systems (Tally/ERP/SAP).
2) Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and import/export regulations.
3) Hands-on Experience in E-way bill generation and GST returns filling.
4) Advanced MS Excel skills and working knowledge of MIS reporting.
5) Sound verbal and written communication abilities.
6) Strong understanding of manufacturing / plant-level finance operations.
7) High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
C) Special Requirements :
1) Sound judgement, strong analytical and decision-making skills.
2) Ability to manage multi-location finance operations.
3) Hands-on Experience in handling complete plant & corporate accounts.
4) High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
5) Coordination with cross-functional teams (HR, PURCHASE, STORES, LOGISTICS).
6) In-depth knowledge of Import-Export procedures, E-Way Bill, GST, TDS, Manufacturing costing and audit.
7) Strong grip on plant-level finance, inventory control, and production costing.
8) Working Knowledge of ERP / Tally, 9Prime, Excel and financial reporting tools.
9) Experience in dealing with banks, government bodies, and auditors.

a) Essential : B.Com, M.Com
