Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company and kitchen standards.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen.
- Ensure mise-en-place is prepared and ready before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section at all times.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed (HACCP).
- Assist in the monitoring of portion and waste control.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Participate in stock control and inventory as directed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
- Train and mentor Commis Chefs and junior staff as needed.

- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Passion for food, creativity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
