Role Overview

We are seeking a
Software Engineer

to work closely with our Founding Engineering Team. This is a versatile role requiring flexibility across traditional and no-code/low-code platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate tasks across teams. You will actively contribute to system architecture, implement technical solutions, and help drive innovation across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Founding Engineering Team to design, build, and scale technical solutions.
• Work across multiple technology stacks—including backend, frontend, cloud, DevOps, and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Wordpress, Vercel, Azure Cloud).
• Contribute to system architecture, workflows, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Coordinate tasks across engineering, product, and design teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation efforts.
• Take ownership of assignments, proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
• Embrace tasks requiring extra effort, cross-functional learning, and hands-on problem solving.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of software development experience or exceptional talent demonstrating strong technical ability.
• Experience with both traditional coding and no-code/low-code platforms.

• Ability to work across multiple technologies and adapt quickly to new frameworks and platforms.
• Understanding of system architectures and ability to contribute to design and implementation.
• Analytical thinking and debugging skills.

• Comfort working directly with the senior leadership.
