Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Oil Rig Worker located on-site in Mumbai. The Oil Rig Worker will be responsible for a variety of tasks including operating and maintaining drilling equipment, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the drilling process, and conducting regular inspections of rig operations. Additional duties involve supporting drilling operations by handling tools and supplies, monitoring drilling fluid levels, and assisting with rig setup and teardown. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and effective teamwork to maintain productive drilling operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with operating and maintaining drilling equipment, and knowledge of drilling processes
  • Understanding of safety protocols and ability to conduct regular inspections
  • Ability to handle tools and supplies efficiently and support rig setup and teardown
  • Strong teamwork skills and capacity to work effectively on-site
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in demanding conditions
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in drilling or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience working on oil rigs is preferred
