Position: Engineers -Field Works/Welding Works/ Coating Works/ Pipeline Works

Qualification: B.E Mechanical

1) Position: Engineer- Field Works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on field execution experience in offshore pipeline construction, installation, execution and commissioning
    within the oil & gas sector.
  • Proficient in offshore methodologies
    including marine pipeline laying, trenching, tie-ins, testing, and maintenance operations.
  • Knowledge of offshore safety standards, rigging, lifting operations, and HSE compliance
    specific to marine pipeline projects.
  • On-site supervision and coordination
    with contractors, QA/QC, and project teams during offshore and subsea pipeline activities.
  • Practical exposure to mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
    used in marine oil & gas pipeline projects, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting at the site.

2) Position: Engineer- Welding Works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience in welding execution for offshore oil & gas pipeline projects
    , including installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), PQRs, and ITPs
    for offshore pipeline welding operations.
  • Hands-on exposure to offshore welding codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS, DNV, etc.)
    , ensuring compliance with project and client specifications.
  • Skilled in coordinating welding inspections, NDT activities, and QA/QC documentation
    for offshore and subsea pipeline projects.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve site welding issues in challenging offshore/marine environments
    , while ensuring HSE and quality standards.

3) Position: Engineer- Coating Works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on field experience in coating works for offshore oil & gas pipeline projects
    , including FBE, 3LPE, and internal/external protective coatings.
  • Proficient in surface preparation, environmental condition monitoring, and offshore coating application techniques
    to ensure durability and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore coating standards and specifications (DNV, ISO, NACE, SSPC, etc.)
    applied in subsea/marine environments.
  • Practical exposure in coordinating with QA/QC teams for coating inspections, testing, and documentation
    during offshore pipeline projects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve coating-related challenges in offshore/marine field conditions
    , while ensuring strict adherence to HSE protocols.

4) Position: Engineer- Pipeline Works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven field execution experience in offshore oil & gas pipeline projects
    , covering installation, construction, execution and commissioning.
  • Strong technical knowledge of offshore pipeline installation methodologies
    , including laying, tie-ins, testing, and pre-commissioning activities.
  • Hands-on exposure to offshore safety practices, rigging, lifting operations, and marine construction procedures
    in pipeline projects.
  • Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional and contractor teams
    to ensure smooth offshore pipeline execution while maintaining QHSE compliance.
  • Practical ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
    in dynamic offshore/marine environments during pipeline field operations.
