**Position Overview:**
As a CRM Head , you will play a crucial role in the CRM department. You will be responsible for handling post sales team , handling customers , resolving issues & complaints of customers.
**Location:** Kolkata, India
**Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for customer services, retention & also finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
- Ability to manage queries, complaints and requests and also resolve issues within TAT.
- Handling face-to-face inquiries from customers.
- Keeping records of documentation or correspondence with customers.
- Producing written information for customers.
- Ability to manage huge volume data.
- Ability to manage High profile customers.
- Communicate with the clients over telephone, email & WhatsApp etc.
- Managing Post Sales team.
