**Position Overview:**

As a CRM Head , you will play a crucial role in the CRM department. You will be responsible for handling post sales team , handling customers , resolving issues & complaints of customers.

**Location:** Kolkata, India

**Responsibilities:**

  • Responsible for customer services, retention & also finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
  • Ability to manage queries, complaints and requests and also resolve issues within TAT.
  • Handling face-to-face inquiries from customers.
  • Keeping records of documentation or correspondence with customers.
  • Producing written information for customers.
  • Ability to manage huge volume data.
  • Ability to manage High profile customers.
  • Communicate with the clients over telephone, email & WhatsApp etc.
  • Managing Post Sales team.
