Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Shifts: Night Shift / Rotational Shifts (as per process)
Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred (Must be currently in Pune)
About the Role
We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for International Voice, Chat, and Blended Processes.
This role involves handling customer queries through multiple communication channels while ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
Freshers: 01 year
Experienced: 1+ years in International Voice Process
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound international calls
- Respond effectively to queries via chat and email
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: 18,000 – 25,000 (in-hand)
- Experienced: Up to 30% hike on last in-hand salary
- Performance Incentives: Up to 9,000/month (based on performance)
