Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Officer at AIRAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located in the Mohali district. The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing communication channels, and conducting social media marketing. Additionally, this role involves direct sales activities and working closely with the sales team to achieve company targets.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience in the gaming or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients such as
    local businesses, e-commerce sellers, shops, and offices.
  • Promote our services through
    field visits, calls, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain
    strong client relationships
    for long-term business.
  • Collect client requirements and coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Assist in executing
    local marketing activities.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and share feedback with management.
