Key Responsibilities

  • Use market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities & GTM strategies
  • Drive consumer insights to create core messaging and brand evolution
  • Create compelling and brand-aligned content to ensure a consistent tone of voice and engagement across all platforms
  • Lead end-to-end campaign conceptualization, execution, and optimization with vendors across multiple marketing channels – including digital, print, OOH, PR, and on-ground activations
  • Own reporting and insight generation to continuously refine marketing strategies - translate data into actionable plans that align with business goals
  • Ensure seamless inter-department communication to align marketing with funnel goals
  • Regularly track industry trends, customer behavior, and brand perception

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing in the real estate sector is a must
  • Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiar with both offline & online marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
