Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage usage and revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform revenue enhancement efforts.
  • Develop and implement revenue maximization plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize product offerings, packaging, and promotions for maximum impact on usage retention rates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARPU, churn rate, and net promoter score to measure program effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in telecom industry with expertise in Revenue Management or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a premier institute with specialization in Any Specialization.
  • Strong understanding of ISP networks, BSS systems, UNR processes, RM principles, U&R best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of ISP/telecom enterprise products ILL, broadband, and managed services.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret usage and revenue data for actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to drive telesales teams towards aggressive targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in ISP, Telecom, or Enterprise Internet services.
  • Prior experience in revenue management, usage enhancement, or customer lifecycle management.
