We're looking for an HR Associate who can help us handle employee grievances and support day-to-day HR operations. If you're someone who listens well, stays calm in tough situations, and enjoys helping people, this role will be a good fit.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
  • Log and track grievances and make sure they're closed on time.
  • Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues fairly.
  • Keep proper records and documentation for all cases.
  • Support with letters, notices, and basic HR documentation when needed.
  • Help with follow-ups, counselling, and escalation support.
  • Share regular updates/reports on common issues and suggestions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (HR/Business preferred but not mandatory).
  • At least 6 months of experience in HR operations or grievance handling.
  • Good communication skills and a calm, balanced approach.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive conversations.
  • Basic MS Office skills and attention to detail.
