Job Title: Business Analyst / Scrum Master / Project Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual seeking to start or transition their career into a hybrid role that blends Business Analysis, Scrum Mastering, and Project Coordination. Freshers can also apply for internship.

You will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure smooth Agile delivery — facilitating team ceremonies, managing Jira updates, tracking progress, and ensuring blockers are resolved promptly.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills who wants to gain hands-on experience in Agile project management and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Agile Facilitation & Coordination

• Conduct daily stand-up meetings and ensure updates are accurately captured.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review/demo sessions.
• Ensure blockers and dependencies are identified early and escalated for resolution.
• Coordinate with the Product Owner and technical teams to maintain sprint momentum.

Backlog & Requirement Management

• Work closely with the Product Owner to understand business requirements, priorities, and sprint goals.
• Translate requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Update, refine, and maintain the product backlog regularly.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and development tasks.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and testing efforts.
• Maintain dashboards and generate Agile reports (Burndown, Velocity, Sprint Summary, QA Progress, etc.).
• Provide daily or weekly status updates to the Product Owner and management team.

Testing Coordination

• Coordinate functional and regression testing efforts with QA team members.
• Track and verify bug reports, ensuring timely resolution before release.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for the Product Owner in daily operations.
• Communicate effectively across developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage product demos, retrospectives, and review sessions.

Desired Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively within a 4-hour work window.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a full-fledged Scrum Master or Product Owner role over time.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Exposure to Agile frameworks or certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
• Prior internship or project coordination experience (even academic projects).

Engagement Model:

• Part-time: 4 hours/day, 5 days a week
• Mode: Remote
• Reporting To: Product Owner / Delivery Manager

Growth Path:

This role provides an excellent opportunity to transition into a full-time Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager position after demonstrating capability and ownership in managing Agile delivery operations.
