About Us

We are a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm specializing in US IT Recruitment. To

strengthen our delivery team, we are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiters to

join our Panipat office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT requirements using job portals,

databases, networking, and social media.

  • Understand client job requirements and match them with suitable profiles
  • Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, availability, and joining.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring roles.
  • Work closely with team leads to ensure timely and quality submissions.
  • Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily activity reports.
  • Work in alignment with US time zones (Night Shift).

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 0.63 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US

Staffing.

  • Strong sourcing skills using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
  • Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, US Citizen, TN, OPT,

CPT, etc.).

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts or remotely (US timings).
