Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer specializing in Material Handling Equipment, based in Mumbai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing field service, offering technical support, and carrying out maintenance and repair tasks. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing regular maintenance checks, repairing equipment, and supporting customers with technical and operational concerns.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and Field Service
  • Strong skills in Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
  • Prior experience in the material handling equipment industry is a plus
  • Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is advantageous
