About the Role

We're looking for a
Technical Project Manager
to lead product delivery across engineering teams. This role demands a tech-savvy leader who can
manage sprints, resolve bugs
, and
collaborate cross-functionally
to ship high-quality features on time. You'll manage a team of
10–12 developers
and work closely with Product and QA teams to drive execution at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead
    sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
    , and delivery tracking across multiple product initiatives
  • Write clear and structured
    Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
    in collaboration with Product & Business teams
  • Own the delivery lifecycle — from idea to release — ensuring timelines and quality standards
  • Manage a
    team of 10–12 software developers
    , assigning tasks, managing workloads, and mentoring when needed
  • Monitor and drive
    bug resolution
    , blockers, and production fixes with the development and QA teams
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, product, and support teams
  • Track project progress using tools like
    Jira, Trello, or Asana
    , and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Continuously optimize delivery workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve engineering efficiency

Requirements

  • 5–9 years
    of experience in technical or software project management
  • Hands-on experience managing
    agile/scrum sprints
    and shipping features in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of managing
    teams of 10–12 engineers
    across full project life cycles
  • Ability to write and manage detailed
    PRDs
    and translate business needs into technical tasks
  • Deep understanding of
    SDLC
    , bug tracking, and release management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and
    written & verbal communication skills

Good to Have

  • Background in software development or engineering
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, martech, or messaging platform domain
  • Familiarity with GitHub Projects, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools
