We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer – Civil to join our team for residential/commercial construction projects.

Position: QA/QC Engineer – Civil

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures at project sites.
  • Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and construction activities as per standards and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality plans, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
  • Monitor corrective actions and ensure zero-defect handover.

Candidate Requirements:

  • BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects (residential/high-rise/commercial).
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, QA/QC standards, and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in preparing QA/QC documentation, checklists, and reports.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
