**Quality Control (QC) Inspector**
**Location**: Trivandrum, Kerala
**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month
**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular **inspections** of materials, products, and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform **testing** and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Review and interpret **drawings**, specifications, and quality standards to ensure compliance.
- Document and report any quality issues and **non-conformities**, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve **quality control procedures**.
- Assist in **developing** and maintaining quality control processes and standards.
- Perform visual and physical inspections, including **dimensional checks** and **surface quality assessments**.
- Assist in maintaining **quality records** and **audit trails**.
- Support the team in **root cause analysis** and problem-solving efforts to address quality issues.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of **1-2 years of experience** in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- Knowledge of **quality control techniques** and standards.
- Experience with **measurement tools** (e.g., micrometers, calipers, and gauges).
- Familiarity with **ISO standards** and **quality control documentation**.
- Good understanding of **quality management systems**.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect quality issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in **Engineering** or related field (Mechanical, Civil, etc.).
- Knowledge of **QC software** and tools.
- Familiarity with **statistical process control** (SPC) and other quality methodologies.
