Key Responsibilities

A. Site Management

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work aligns with design plans and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers for seamless execution.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite in compliance with safety protocols.

B. Labour Management

  • Maintain accurate labour attendance and work records.
  • Allocate manpower efficiently according to project requirements and timelines.

C. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare detailed daily progress reports with photos and milestone tracking.
  • Maintain a visual progress bar to track project completion.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on site progress, materials, and project updates.
  • Record and report any issues, delays, or risks, along with proposed solutions.

D. Material Management

  • Keep inward/outward registers for all material deliveries and removals.
  • Ensure all materials have valid challans; reject materials without proper documentation.
  • Submit weekly/monthly material stock statements.
  • Reconcile material usage with purchase orders and site requirements.

E. Quality Control

  • Ensure all site work meets company quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

F. Travel

  • Travel to project sites outside Mumbai when required (company-arranged travel & accommodation).
  • Ensure proper site supervision at remote project locations.

G. Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce all safety guidelines and regulatory compliance at the site.
  • Conduct safety inspections and resolve hazards proactively.

H. Communication

  • Act as the key point of contact between management and the site team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth site operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in interior design, construction, or a similar industry (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Good documentation and reporting ability (daily/weekly/monthly reports).
  • Knowledge of material management and quality standards.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
