Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced
Head of Product
to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a tech-enabled fulfilment and logistics platform powering the next wave of India's D2C and e-commerce brands. This role involves working closely with the
founder and engineering teams
to build scalable, API-led products that power fulfilment, aggregation, and warehouse management at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, product intuition, and the ability to drive adoption across teams and customers.

Role Responsibilities

-Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap across fulfilment, aggregation, and warehouse management systems.

-Work closely with the founder and engineering teams to conceptualize, build, and deliver scalable, API-led products.

-Design and ship tech-driven solutions that enhance automation, reliability, and customer experience.

-Leverage AI/ML to optimize operational efficiency, improve demand forecasting, and drive-measurable outcomes.

-Build intuitive, high-impact products for SMEs and SMBs, focusing on adoption and retention.

-Influence cross-functional teams and drive product adoption across the organisation.

-Monitor and improve KPIs around product usage, engagement, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

-8–12 years of experience in product management, including leadership of tech-first platforms.

-Strong understanding of engineering and technology with the ability to work closely with technical teams.

-Proven experience in aggregation, warehouse management, or logistics-related products.

-Hands-on experience in building and scaling API-led environments.

-Demonstrated ability to influence teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.

-Preferably has leveraged AI in product design or delivery.

-Experience in building for SMEs/SMBs is strongly preferred.
