About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive
product-driven growth and user adoption at scale

. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to make users discover value fast, engage deeply with the product, and convert into long-term paying customers.

You will lead the complete
growth engine

, from onboarding and activation to usage, expansion, and retention. This is a high-ownership leadership position where you will build and lead a team while collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full strategy and execution for product-led growth across the customer lifecycle

Build and lead a world-class
Growth & Adoption Team

Identify product touchpoints and customer journeys that drive acquisition, activation, and repeat usage

Run data-driven experiments to improve onboarding, feature discovery, and conversion

Work with Product & Engineering to enable
self-serve product adoption

and in-product guidance

Define success metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure growth performance

Align growth initiatives with organizational goals and revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile


4+ years leading product growth/adoption initiatives

in a fast-growing SaaS or product-first company

Experience
building and scaling self-serve user growth

Strong understanding of
user behaviour, product onboarding, adoption funnels, and growth experimentation

Leadership mindset — ability to hire, mentor and drive high-performance execution

Hands-on analytical approach using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Hotjar, HubSpot, etc.
