We collaborate with external counsel and associate law firms to provide comprehensive legal services. Our team represents and advises clients in high-stakes disputes before various courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of India and High Courts. We prioritize fostering long-term relationships and delivering quality output tailored to clients' needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, based in New Delhi. The Associate will handle daily litigation tasks, including representing clients in court, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with external counsel. Responsibilities also include managing case files, advising clients on legal matters, and ensuring timely delivery of legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong litigation and dispute resolution skills
- Competence in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage case files and collaborate with external counsel
- Familiarity with commercial regulatory litigation, infrastructure, and energy laws is a plus
- Experience in representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and Tribunals is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable institution
- Admitted to practice law in India and in good standing with the Bar Council
