Description and Requirements

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Change Management Manager with over 8 years of experience to lead and manage change initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing change management strategies, leading change management teams, and ensuring successful adoption of changes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Lead and manage change management teams to ensure successful execution of change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Design and deliver change management training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities.
  • Provide coaching and support to senior leaders and managers on change management practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
