Company Description

is an online health platform providing medical certificates from certified Indian doctors within 120 minutes. Our services adhere to MCI protocols, offering both soft copies within 120 minutes and hard copies within 8-10 working days anywhere in India. We provide sick leave, carer's leave, and fitness/recovery certificates through a streamlined process involving no physical visits. Our goal is to facilitate quick and efficient access to medical certificates through call or video consultations, including a 3-day free follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, audit, and review customer interactions, including calls, texts, emails, and chat conversations.
  • Evaluate the quality of communication to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and rectify errors in communication or processes.
  • Assist in implementing quality management systems to maintain high operational standards.
  • Analyze feedback and interactions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Verify customer records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure healthcare industry guidelines as instructed by the company and internal standards are consistently met.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in quality assurance, audits, or compliance roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications are advantageous.

Key Skills

  • Strong command of English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in auditing calls, emails, texts, and chats.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
