Job description

1.Hiring and managing employees

Handling recruitment through references, existing database etc. Conducting interviews to assess the skills and abilities of the candidates and getting the technical assessment done from the technical panel. Handling the salary negotiations. Releasing Offer.

2.Orientation of New Joiners

Conducting Induction of the new joiner at site enlightening them on company rules and policies, disciplinary regulations, pay scale and pay days, HR policies etc.

Introducing them to the concerned HOD, co-workers, subordinates at the site. Explaining the job objectives, job safety requirements, and the job responsibilities of the new joiner.

3.Resolving employee disputes and grievances

Addressing employee complaints, concerns, or disputes aiming to reach resolutions that are fair and satisfactory to all parties involved. Fostering positive work environment conducive to maximum employee productivity and safety.

4.Training & Development

Understanding from HODs and the employees at executive cadre about the different training needs. Organizing various training programs to improve the employee performance and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

6.Employee Engagement

Help employees understand how their work contributes to the overall mission and purpose of the organization. Plan fun and interesting events, picnics that foster social cohesion. Uphold core company values through actions. Create a positive and inclusive culture where employees feel connected.

7.Statutory Compliances

Ensure the Labour law related compliances are adhered , obtaining Labour license, BOCW license, ISMW License and liaising with Govt. officials, Client, local bodies, compliance with PF, ESIC, PT and other related statute as needed at site. Overseeing labour movement and site administration.

8.HR Audit

Conduct periodic HR Audits to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR functions at site. Manage the site HR team at different sites with effective knowledge & skill.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Excellent in English communication required for this position.
