Role & responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for following key deliverables:

  1. Sales of Amul products

  2. Expanding Distribution network Adding Distributors, retailers, Institutions etc.

  3. Digitalization of Distribution

  4. Undertake BTL activities

  5. Implement and Manage all initiatives related to improving consumer pull as well as trade push for our products

The candidate will be responsible for Sales & Distribution function for our range of product for assigned territory. Operating one of our 4 distribution highway: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient.

The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for assigned territory. The major responsibility includes sales planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, WD & Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should be first class graduate in any discipline with full time. The candidate should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in Dairy sector/FMCG. The candidate age should not be more than 28 years.The candidates having the knowledge of regional language Tamil need only apply.

The job is purely on Contractual Basis through a 3rd Party.

The candidate is required to have the following characteristics:

  • The candidate should be an aggressive Sales person who can get things done

  • The candidate should exhibit high levels of integrity and elicit trust, from our various stake holders like existing and potential Distributors

  • Competitor Information to be monitored, shared and acted upon so as to improve sales
