**Required Profile**:
- Any Degree/Diploma or Degree in Catering & Hotel Management
- Experience : Minimum 2-3 years from QSR / Hotel / Restuarant / FMCG industry, with a minimum of 1 years in heading of retail outlet business unit
- Technical Skills : Product Knowledge, Customer handling, Problem Solving Skill, Adherence to the Systems, Result Orientation, Should possess ability to understand business trend,
- Calm, professional demeanour even when confronted by discourteous customers
**Resposibilities**:
- Responsible for Provide accurate and updated product information
- Responsible for customers known about discounts and special offers
- Responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy
- Responsible for sales growth and profitability.
- Responsible for provide excellent customer service & ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for driving organisational culture and values
- Responsible for create smooth customer relations
- Responsible for coordinate events and entertainments to attract more customers
- Responsible for maintain high standard food and beverage safety and procedures
- Responsible for maintain the systems, equipment and machinery in clean & good condition.
- Responsible for maintain & keeps records of inventory and stocks
- Responsible for Implementation of policies and protocols (SOP)
- Responsible for Ensuring on-time product delivery
- Responsible for Analysing of sales MIS
- Responsible for Digitalization of ordering, billing & payments
- Responsible for identifies, and determines Repairs & Maintenance issues and resolved with MEM’s
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
