Role Summary:

We are seeking a Garment Technologist to bridge the gap between design, merchandising, and production. You will ensure that garments are technically sound, fit to specification, and manufactured to the highest standards, while optimizing efficiency in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to translate designs into production-ready specs
  • Develop tech packs, measurement charts, and construction guidelines for vendors
  • Conduct fit sessions, approve samples, and ensure product quality before bulk production
  • Identify and resolve technical/production issues with suppliers and factories
  • Work on process improvements to reduce wastage, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality
  • Support vendors and in-house teams in achieving consistent quality across all categories
  • Liaise with QA teams to ensure alignment on quality benchmarks

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Garment Technologist in fashion/apparel
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric behavior
  • Proficiency in creating and reviewing tech packs/spec sheets
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors
