Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused F2F Counsellor for our Kolkata Centre. The role involves guiding students and parents about our NEET PG courses, understanding their educational needs, and converting inquiries into enrollments through effective counselling and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct in-person counseling sessions with students and parents to guide them on NEET PG Test prep programs.

 Assess student profiles to identify learning challenges and explain how DBMCI's programs can help overcome them.

 Handle inquiries, address objections, and effectively close admissions to meet or exceed sales targets.

 Develop and maintain strong follow-ups with leads to ensure timely conversions.

 Acquire in-depth product knowledge and continuously improve counselling and sales skills.

 Support students in their admission journey and preparation for entrance exams.

 Offer personalized career guidance and resources aligned with students' academic aspirations.

 Contribute to the design and execution of student counselling initiatives at the center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
