We are looking for a passionate and versatile Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of current design trends and AI-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print media using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Create and edit engaging video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  • Adapt and optimize designs for web, social media, presentations, and branding materials.
  • Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or other AI platforms) to enhance creative workflows.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure fresh and innovative design approaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a creative design role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in design and content creation.
  • Strong conceptual, typographic, layout, and color theory skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with web/UI design or Figma.
  • Animation or 3D design knowledge.
  • Interest in emerging creative tech (e.g., generative AI, AR/VR design).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
