Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations on the sales floor to ensure smooth functioning
  • Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to maintain service standards
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are appealing, and inventory is accurate
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with other departments (inventory, billing, security) for seamless operations
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Track sales performance and suggest improvements to boost revenue
  • Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or store operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic reporting tools
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,634.28 per month
