Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the hospitality sector to oversee electrical systems and maintenance across our hotel/resort projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation, safety, and compliance of all electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems in hotels/resorts.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and facility teams for smooth execution of electrical works.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and statutory requirements.

Prepare maintenance schedules and conduct regular inspections.

Handle energy management and suggest cost-saving initiatives.

Support project teams during new hotel/resort construction or renovation.

Maintain documentation of electrical systems, drawings, and reports.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

5–7 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry (hotel/resort projects mandatory).

Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, HVAC, UPS, DG sets, fire alarm systems, and other hotel-related electrical infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.

Familiarity with local statutory requirements and safety protocols.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Willingness to relocate to Goa, Guwahati, Lonavala, or Indore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
