**Job Summary**:
Machan Resorts is seeking an experienced A/C Technician to join our team in Lonavala. The A/C Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all air conditioning systems throughout the resort, ensuring guests experience optimal comfort. This role requires strong diagnostic and repair skills, knowledge of HVAC systems, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of service expected at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

- **System Installation and Setup**:

- Install, test, and configure new air conditioning units in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities as required.
- Follow resort layout plans and manufacturer specifications to ensure proper installation and optimal cooling performance.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to ensure all HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and meet safety standards.
- Clean, test, and replace filters, fans, belts, and worn-out parts as part of routine maintenance.
- **Repairs and Troubleshooting**:

- Quickly diagnose and repair system malfunctions, including issues with compressors, electrical connections, and refrigerant levels.
- Use diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve issues while minimizing downtime and ensuring mínimal disruption to guests.
- **Guest and Operational Support**:

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests related to air conditioning in guest rooms and other areas.
- Communicate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to coordinate timely repairs and maintain guest satisfaction.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols related to HVAC and electrical systems, ensuring safe handling of equipment and refrigerants.
- Adhere to environmental regulations for refrigerant handling and disposal, maintaining compliance with local laws.
- **Documentation and Inventory**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and part replacements.
- Monitor and manage HVAC supplies and parts inventory, alerting management to replenish stock as needed.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in an A/C Technician role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerant handling.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to guest comfort and safety.

Working Conditions:

- Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and confined spaces.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or during peak periods as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
