Job Title: Import–Export Executive

Location: Sonale Village, Bhiwandi

Gender: Male / Female

Experience: 3–5 years

Qualification: B.Com

Salary: ₹20,000 and above (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Managing Shipments: Coordinate the movement of goods, including transportation, delivery, and warehousing.

  2. Handling Documentation: Prepare and review all shipping, customs, and export/import-related documents.

  3. Ensuring Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.

  4. Liaising with Stakeholders: Communicate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other parties involved in logistics.

  5. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

  6. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze import/export data to identify trends, compliance issues, and improvement opportunities.

  7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices.

  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple shipments.

  3. High attention to detail to ensure document accuracy and compliance.

  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.

  5. Proficiency in import/export software, customs clearance systems, and MS Office.

  6. Good analytical skills to assess costs, identify savings, and optimize supply chain operations.

  7. Effective problem-solving ability to manage customs clearances, shipping delays, and compliance challenges.

  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
