About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Freelance Graphic Designer with 6+ years of professional experience who can deliver high-quality, brand-focused creatives with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, deep industry exposure, and the ability to understand brand strategy—not just design execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling designs for social media, performance ads, websites, landing pages, branding, and print.
  • Develop creatives aligned with brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives.
  • Design high-conversion creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, content, and strategy teams.
  • Translate briefs into impactful visual concepts quickly and accurately.
  • Deliver multiple creatives while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Manage revisions efficiently and meet strict timelines.
  • Prepare final assets for digital and print production.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color psychology, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing creatives for ads, social media campaigns, and brand marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills and professional work ethics.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced, performance-driven requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience working with digital marketing agencies or growth-focused brands.
  • Understanding of CRO and performance marketing principles.
