Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across the IT, BPO, and other emerging sectors
- Assist in outreach strategy execution: email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calls
- Support creation of pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up materials
- Analyze lead-generation metrics and recommend improvements for conversion rates
- Maintain CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline accurately
- Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams to align growth initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in B2B sales, staffing, and IT services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Available for a 45-day internship
